These Terms & Conditions govern the SMS (text message) program offered by The Payan Team ("we," "us," or "our"). By opting in, you agree to these terms.
When you opt in, you will receive text messages from The Payan Team related to appointment scheduling, listing and property updates, transaction status, and real estate market information.
You may opt in by submitting your phone number through a form on our website, by providing your number to us in person and agreeing to receive texts, or by texting us directly. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any property, product, or service.
Message frequency varies based on your activity and stage in the real estate process.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. We are not responsible for any such charges.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages. To opt back in, reply START.
